- Able to learn and master coffee tasting profiles and dial-ins

- Able to multi-task and work in a high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Adhere to policies, safety standards and protocols, and make suggestions for improving operations
- Prepare and serve beverages that adhere to our freshness and quality standards
- Maintain your coffee knowledge to educate and communicate with guests
- Engage with all guests in a hospitable, sincere and friendly manner
- Work weekly hours ranging from 25 to 35, with potential for variation
- Participate actively in training programs to achieve full-bar certification within 90 days
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
