- Ability to learn coffee tasting profiles and dial-ins
- Good teamwork skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends

Job Duties
- Operationally, adhere to policies, safety standards and protocols, and make suggestions for improving operations
- Prepare and serve beverages that adhere to our freshness and quality standards
- Maintain your coffee knowledge to educate and communicate with guests
- Engage with all guests in a hospitable, sincere and friendly manner
- Weekly hours range: 25 to 35, with potential for variation
