Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Will accept high school students for part-time position
- Minimum 1 year of retail food service experience preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills required
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage production
- Basic math and money handling skills
- Ability to perform duties efficiently in a busy environment
- Verbal and written English communication skills
- Honest and efficient handling of financial transactions
- All required certifications upon hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of retail food service experience preferred, especially in a coffee venue
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage production
- Basic math and cash register skills
- Ability to interact effectively with customers in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and professionalism
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
- Take, produce, ring up, and deliver orders to guests
- Handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment including stocking and general cleanup
- Produce food items according to par levels and menu specifications
- Represent the hospital and department with professionalism and care
- Perform all other assigned job duties following Standards of Gold and Operation Pillars of Excellence
