- Ability to learn and understand coffee and food menu

Job Duties
- Learn and have complete knowledge and understanding of the coffee menu and food choices
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink and food menu
- Answer questions related to coffee and food options
- Keep work area and customer area clear of cluttered dishes, glasses and garbage
- Obtain proper coffee knowledge to assist guests appropriately
- Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply and stocking equipment
- Keep coffee brewing equipment clean and running according to operating instructions
- Leave a positive impression on customers to ensure return visits and promote word of mouth
