- Basic math skills able to add, subtract and count back change
- Legible handwriting
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Learn and have complete knowledge and understanding of the coffee menu and food choices
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink and food menu
- Answer questions related to the menu
- Keep work area and customer area clear of cluttered dishes, glasses and garbage
- Obtain proper coffee knowledge to appropriately assist guests
- Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment and maintaining supplies
- Keep equipment running by following operating instructions, maintaining supplies, and equipment cleanliness
- Leave a positive impression on the customers to ensure a return venture and potential word of mouth promotion
