Job Duties
- Learn and have complete knowledge and understanding of the coffee menu and food choices
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink and food menu
- answering questions
- Keep work area and customer area clear of cluttered dishes, glasses and garbage
- Obtain proper coffee knowledge to appropriately assist our guests
- Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
- Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply

- Keep equipment running by following operating instructions
