Job Duties
- Accurately and quickly take, enter, prepare, and deliver guest orders according to standards
- answer all questions about menu items, specials, and prices
- be familiar with preparation methods and ingredients to meet guest's dietary/allergy questions
- brew coffee and prepare coffee/other drinks according to specific recipes
- dispose of garbage, pick up trays, restock dishes on the line, and clear/wipe down tables and counters
- set up, maintain, and take down banquet areas according to function specifications
- perform other duties as assigned
