Job Duties

  • Accurately and quickly take, enter, prepare, and deliver guest orders according to standards
  • answer all questions about menu items, specials, and prices
  • be familiar with preparation methods and ingredients to meet guest's dietary/allergy questions
  • brew coffee and prepare coffee/other drinks according to specific recipes
  • dispose of garbage, pick up trays, restock dishes on the line, and clear/wipe down tables and counters
  • set up, maintain, and take down banquet areas according to function specifications
  • perform other duties as assigned
