Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive customer-first attitude
- prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items promptly and with a sense of urgency
- educate customers about the menu, answer questions, and help them find their perfect drink
- demonstrate SERVE principles consistently
- keep the cafe clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- handle cash transactions and follow company cash-handling procedures
- support the team by communicating openly and stepping in where needed
- maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the approved dress code and good personal hygiene
- stay calm and confident during high-volume hours while maintaining excellent service
- deliver on the three core values every shift
