Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- existing Food Handler's Certification for Maryland or ability to obtain within 30 days
- ability to smell and taste for quality control
- ability to listen and speak to interact with guests
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- use of hands for precision work
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb ladders, stairs, ramps, and navigate uneven surfaces
- minimum of 24 hours work per pay period
- 18 or older

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and fellow teammates
- make and serve a selection of delicious beverages using various brewing and preparation methods
- prepare and serve craft food
- assist Lead Barista with daily, weekly, and monthly cafe duties
- support cafe operations by handling cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks
- continuously learn and share knowledge about food and drink offerings
- sample food and beverages regularly to ensure quality
- assist with any business activity as needed to uphold service standards
- promote and uphold health, food safety, and safety guidelines
- contribute to a safe and respectful working environment
- support company-wide sustainability goals
