basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

open and close including signage hours of operation lighting of room and general set-up procedures
serve all food and beverage items
maintain cleanliness of the food area including bussing and re-setting tables keeping the floors clean and maintaining overall neatness
greet guests with a smile use names when possible
inform the guest about any specials
attend to and anticipate guest needs
familiarize with menu and maintain knowledge of daily specials and drinks
keep areas up to date and organized par levels stocked and overall set up of your area
keep barista stand stocked with essentials
complete daily and weekly side work as assigned
close all guest checks
perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
