Job Duties
- Deliver impeccable hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Make delicious and quality drinks and assorted toppings made in house
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Share knowledge of tea base with guests and promote the Bobapop menu
- Be authentic, transparent, and create genuine relationships and conversations
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Perform opening and closing store duties such as cleaning the kitchen, mopping, and taking out trash
