Job Duties
- Interacting with guests in a welcoming, personable, and professional manner
- Taking orders and preparing both coffee beverages and breakfast food items
- Crafting specialty drinks and exploring coffee knowledge to suit guests needs
- Presenting bills, accepting payments, and operating the POS system
- Remaining calm while listening to guest concerns and complaints
- Restocking and replenishing inventory during shifts
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations and procedures
- Staying flexible in a fast paced, growing environment while focusing on tasks
- Being a supportive coworker, teammate, and leader empowered to make decisions
- Ensuring the guests 5 senses are satisfied with good smells, clean tables, tasty drinks, great music, and a clean, vibin atmosphere
- Performing other duties as assigned
