Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Basic understanding of banquet operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and mindful service to guests dining at Backyard Cafe
- Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering seamless banquet operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Collaborate with team members to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
- Ensure guest satisfaction by being detail oriented and responsive
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
