Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
availability to work weekends
ability to work full or part-time hours
strong interpersonal and communication skills
capability to thrive in fast-paced environments
commitment to teamwork and positive customer interactions

Job Qualifications

A belief that ordinary things can be used for extraordinary good
a strong work ethic and an eye for cleanliness and detail
1-2 years of experience in customer service
concise communication skills
excited about learning the ins and outs of food preparation and being a barista
a desire to be a lifelong learner
the ability to comfortably receive and give all kinds of feedback

Job Duties

Prep and make high-quality drinks
process payments at the register
contribute to a positive environment through interacting with your team and guests
complete opening, mid, and closing shift duties
provide excellent customer service to all Thump fans
maintain a positive and efficient work environment
inform the café manager when products are running low
maintain a high level of cleanliness in the café
practice direct and efficient communication
work food shifts for the café at York on an as-needed basis
