- availability to work saturday and sunday shifts from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
- previous experience as a high-volume barista
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- enthusiasm for coffee and creating visually appealing drinks
Job Qualifications
- previous high-volume barista experience
- latte art skills are a major plus
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- strong multitasking and time management skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- familiarity with coffee preparation methods and specialty drink recipes
Job Duties
- maintain drink ticket times under 5 minutes during peak rushes
- master gourmet coffee builds, specialty lattes, frappes, and garnishing smoothies to be instagram-ready
- keep the bar immaculate and restocked for efficient team function
- maintain a cool head and high speed during intense brunch shifts
- take full ownership of the barista station
- ensure every cup meets established quality standards
- collaborate with the weekend team to uphold smooth operations
