Job Requirements
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent
- Availability to work any shift with open availability
- Ability to reliably attend scheduled shifts on time
- Basic math skills to handle sales transactions
- Ability to operate cash registers and process payments
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Willingness to perform assigned duties and adapt to business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Ability to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
