Job Requirements
- Ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience
- Able to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Anticipate and service guests' needs before requests
- Work directly with Beverage Director on coffee and bar preparation
- Serve and clear items professionally
- Thorough understanding of coffee programs and dining beverage service
- Complete opening and closing procedures and sidework
- Ability to use Toast Point of Sale system
- Respond properly in emergency or safety situations
- Assist all work groups as needed
- Follow alcohol and beverage control regulations
- Identify and address intoxicated or disruptive guests
- Accommodate food and beverage allergies
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to communicate effectively and build guest relationships
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency with Toast Point of Sale system
- Understanding of alcohol and beverage control regulations
Job Duties

- Complete restaurant opening and closing procedures and assigned sidework
