Job Requirements

  • Ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience
  • Able to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods
  • Anticipate and service guests' needs before requests
  • Work directly with Beverage Director on coffee and bar preparation
  • Serve and clear items professionally
  • Thorough understanding of coffee programs and dining beverage service
  • Complete opening and closing procedures and sidework
  • Ability to use Toast Point of Sale system
  • Respond properly in emergency or safety situations
  • Assist all work groups as needed
  • Follow alcohol and beverage control regulations
  • Identify and address intoxicated or disruptive guests
  • Accommodate food and beverage allergies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build guest relationships
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage service
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Toast Point of Sale system
  • Understanding of alcohol and beverage control regulations

Job Duties
