- Availability on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays
- must be punctual and attentive
- passion for coffee or willingness to learn
- ability to work independently as a barista
- physical ability to lift 30lbs
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Greeting each guest warmly and genuinely
- looking for opportunities to serve and make our guest's day
- register operation and cash handling
- bussing, cleaning, and refilling low bar stocks to keep an organized and clean cafe
- keeping work areas clean and presentable to guests
- adhering to Old World Coffee Roasters handbook and operational procedures
- completing all opening and closing responsibilities to OWCR expectations
