Job Requirements

  • Food and beverage experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members
  • Embrace and apply the company's core values TRIFIC (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment)
  • Greet guests warmly and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds
  • Operate coffee making equipment and perform dismantling and cleaning as needed
  • Prepare and present beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions following company cash handling and loss prevention procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu and products
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve guest concerns promptly with managerial assistance if necessary
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Assist in training new team members by reinforcing successful performance
  • Support other restaurant areas such as seating customers, answering phones, stocking, cleanup, and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment free of hazards
  • Achieve positive Secret Shopper scores and engage guests with SMG related questions
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws including food safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
