Job Requirements

- Food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members
- Embrace and apply the company's core values TRIFIC (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment)
- Greet guests warmly and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds
- Operate coffee making equipment and perform dismantling and cleaning as needed
- Prepare and present beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions following company cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu and products
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve guest concerns promptly with managerial assistance if necessary
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner
- Assist in training new team members by reinforcing successful performance
- Support other restaurant areas such as seating customers, answering phones, stocking, cleanup, and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment free of hazards
- Achieve positive Secret Shopper scores and engage guests with SMG related questions
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws including food safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned.
