Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with attentiveness and a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining areas
- Prepare and present food and beverages according to cafe standards
- Manage multitasking during busy periods while maintaining quality service
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols
- Participate in one-on-one training and continuously seek to improve skills
