Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of cafe or coffee experience preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Team-oriented mindset with efficiency
- Serve Safe Certification preferred

Job Duties
- Open and close the coffee shop daily
- Handle cash transactions and greet guests warmly
- Prepare and serve smoothies, pastries, and coffee beverages
- Assist with food preparation and product sales
- Operate espresso machines and POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe and outdoor seating areas
- Support product sales by accurately noting product information
- Manage food storage and supply inventory
- Communicate with managers about equipment maintenance and operational concerns
