- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year customer service experience
- at least 6 months barista experience
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- sets up and breaks down workstation within a specified time frame
- stocks, stores, labels and dates food items
- prepares coffee, specialty coffee, tea and chocolate drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- responsible for daily cash procedures, assuring that customers are properly charged for food and drink purchases
- responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all beverage machines, food display cases, microwaves, counter tops, and small equipment used
