Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience
- must be 18 plus years of age
- able to work 30 plus hours weekly
- capable of lifting 30 pounds comfortably
- dependable and punctual
- able to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
- legally permitted to work in this location
- able to work non-seasonal hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- capable of making high-quality coffee and tea beverages
- proficient with POS systems
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to memorize menus and descriptions
- strong cleanliness and organizational skills
- good communication abilities
- bartending experience a plus
Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- taking orders over Revel POS
- memorizing and giving detailed descriptions of drinks and food
- making coffee and tea beverages at a high level (latte art required)
- making food products with fast ticket times
- dating food and beverage products made in large batches
- maintaining a clean workstation
- maintaining a clean cafe and restroom
- cleaning dishes
- handling cash and balancing a till
- being prompt and on-time for shifts and clocking out on-time
