Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

- No minimum educational requirement
- Previous related experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with speed and precision
- Engage warmly with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate coffee and espresso machines efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure all orders meet HVMG brand and quality standards
- Report to Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor
- Uphold HVMG's Culture of Excellence in service delivery
