Job Requirements
- No prior experience necessary, training provided
- Ability to work part-time shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM in 4, 6, or 8 hour increments
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
- Basic communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Previous experience as a barista, in food service, restaurant, or cashier roles is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Great listening and communication skills
- Maintain good eye contact and positive body language
- Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products
Job Duties
- Create positive and lasting customer 'WOW' moments
- Assist customers with their Starbucks orders
- Provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
- Ensure quality service by following safety and sanitation procedures
- Respond promptly to customer questions
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Build trusting relationships with customers
- Stock products and displays according to merchandising standards
