  • Food service and cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex ingredient combinations according to standardized recipes
  • Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
  • Multitask to perform various duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
  • Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and refer to leadership as needed
  • Identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
  • Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
  • Create personalized experiences for customers and accurately fulfill specific requests
  • Perform effective service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations
