- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Food service and cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex ingredient combinations according to standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
- Multitask to perform various duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and refer to leadership as needed
- Identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
- Create personalized experiences for customers and accurately fulfill specific requests
- Perform effective service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations
