Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous barista experience preferred
  • ability to work approximately 20 hours per week over 3 to 4 days
  • physical ability to handle packaging tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • reliability and dependability

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve coffee beverages with attention to quality and consistency
  • support wholesale and retail roasting operations through coffee packaging
  • assist in hands-on production tasks including organizing and labeling packaged products
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas
  • engage with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • monitor inventory levels and report any supply needs
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
