Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista or in food production
- ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
- flexibility to work 3-4 days per week
- strong attention to detail
- ability to perform hands-on production and packaging tasks
- dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- prior barista experience preferred
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- familiarity with coffee packaging and production processes
- ability to work independently and in a team

Job Duties
- prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to customers
- package coffee products for wholesale and retail distribution
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and packaging areas
- assist in roasting operations and quality control
- manage inventory related to packaging supplies
- ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- provide excellent customer service and support
