Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- Valid Allergen Certification
- Ability to work full-time onsite at the Washington Hall location
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm and enthusiastic attitude
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks adhering to company standards
- Handle and serve donuts and other baked goods with care and precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and donut case
- Follow health and safety guidelines including Food Handler and Allergen protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
