Job Requirements
- Minimum age is 18 years old
- Available for various shifts including early morning late nights double shifts occasional weekends holidays and long hours
- Must have effective communication skills
- Must maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and follow cash handling policies
- Ability to prepare espresso and other coffee beverages
- Must be knowledgeable about coffee products and specialty food items

Job Duties
- Consistently deliver positive courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests visitors vendors and fellow employees
- Discover customer needs and suggest products with every customer to enhance services and meet sales goals
- Prepare a variety of customer beverages such as espresso drinks
- Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for customers and follow cash handling policies
