We are a locally owned and operated drive-thru coffee shop known for our fun-loving atmosphere and commitment to making people’s days brighter—one cup at a time. Situated in the lively communities of New Braunfels and Universal City, our coffee shop has earned a reputation for delivering fast, friendly service and high-quality, unique coffee beverages. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- no longer in high school
- must have own reliable vehicle for transportation
- minimum 32 hours a week with 4 shifts required
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- must have food handlers card and TABC certification
- able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Prior barista or customer service experience is a plus
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- outgoing personality and love for making people’s day better
- ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance
- must have food handlers card and TABC certification
- must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service
- greet every customer with a positive attitude and genuine smile
- take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- handle transactions including cash, credit, and mobile payments with attention to detail
- prepare high-quality, consistent drinks following recipes with precision
- understand and explain menu items and customization options to customers
- maintain product knowledge of unique offerings, seasonal drinks, and promotions
- increase sales and customer relations by educating customers
- ensure quality and presentation of all drinks
- work independently with integrity
- support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
- keep workstations, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- work collaboratively with team members to meet peak-hour demands and shift goals
