Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare fresh and delicious beverages and food items according to company standards
- Handle cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back of house areas
- Cross-train in various positions to support team flexibility and growth
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
