Job Requirements
- Reliable and available to work afternoon shifts starting at 11:30 AM
- Able to work morning shifts from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Long-term availability strongly preferred
- Available to work a minimum of 15-25 hours per week with at least 3 shifts per week
- Willingness to work in-person at Chandler, AZ 85224
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality preferred
- Curious about tea, flavor, and artisan food culture
- Quick learner with a strong sense of responsibility
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to engage with customers and learn continuously
Job Duties
- Open the tearoom and prepare for daily service
- Make drinks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Provide warm, professional customer service
- Learn about tea ingredients, preparation methods, and retail offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Support teammates and communicate clearly during busy times
