Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work evening shifts including rotating weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physical activities including stooping, bending, climbing, and reaching
- ability to hear normal conversation
- general, far, and peripheral vision
- ability to follow cash handling policies
- good customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service and/or food service experience preferred but not necessary
- ability to operate POS systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow established procedures and recipes

- ability to work evening shifts including rotating weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepares hot and cold specialty drinks in accordance with established procedures and recipes
- ensures and maintains proper food quality and temperature
- prepares, serves, and merchandises menu items in a manner that best enhances the products and adheres to all dietary restrictions
- ensures that all menus are posted in the proper areas and that changes to the menus have been communicated to the responsible individuals
- operates POS while following cash handling policy and procedures
- stocks assigned areas as directed
- assists with general sanitation of food service department including wiping walls, cleaning equipment, working in the dish room, emptying trash cans etc
- cleans and maintains work area at all times
- completes special cleaning projects as assigned
