Job Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling experience a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- previous food and beverage experience preferred
- must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
- ability to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as business needs dictate
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service while making quality, hand-crafted beverages
- responsible for educating guests about our premium coffees, teas, gelatos, and menu items
- prepares and sells coffee drinks, such as espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino, by following recipes and preparation techniques
- operates electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for transaction payments
- delivers guest orders
- ensures guest satisfaction through food quality checks and responds to guest complaints
- maintains equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing cleaning and preventive maintenance
- ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well stocked
- maintains a clean and welcoming dining room with attention to detail, sanitation, and safety
- performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
- maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters
