Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work mornings and weekends
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and food safety practices
Job Duties
- Greets guests and solicits beverage and food orders
- Prepares beverages and food items for sale
- Accurately operates the POS system according to department guidelines
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage items available at the espresso/smoothie bar, including beverage recipes and nutritional information regarding our baked goods
- Cleans and organizes the bar area and ensures the equipment is in good repair
- Markets and promotes special items, new items, etc
- Stocks the espresso/smoothie bar with all food and beverage items as well as side items, including cups, ice, napkins, straws, syrups, etc
- Models a customer comes first attitude and delivers excellent customer service, supports team members
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the mission of the Bellevue Club
- Ensures the entire area is well stocked and cleaned for the next morning (Closing Waitstaff)
- Calls the MOD to witness and sign off on the count out of the cash drawer (Closing Waitstaff)
- Communicates with the Market Manager and Supervisor about any evening events or business operations that need attention (Closing Waitstaff)
