Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • ability to maintain positive staff morale

  • ability to handle cash and operate POS system
  • availability to work flexible hours including peak periods
  • ability to perform repetitive motions
  • use of hand dexterity
  • adhere to cleanliness and restocking duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to communicate with confidence, transparency, and integrity
  • positive and pleasant attitude
  • ability to listen and follow instructions and take critical feedback
  • basic computer skills
  • willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid Food Handlers Card
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds
  • experience working on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Educate customers on beverage menus and take orders
  • greet all customers as they arrive
  • perform daily operations of the coffee stand including employee duties
  • keep the bar area and stand clean
  • report any maintenance needs
  • maintain quality control of products during shifts
  • handle cash and operate POS system
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • complete financial reporting per shift
  • work independently or with others to provide consistent quality and service
  • solve customer challenges with excellent customer service
  • communicate customer feedback and suggest new menu items
  • participate respectfully with co-workers and management
  • maintain positive staff morale
  • ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
  • stay knowledgeable about products
  • consistently prepare high-quality beverages
