Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of retail or related experience preferred
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to interact politely and effectively with customers
- good customer service and organizational skills
- basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- ability to work in varied temperatures and withstand outside weather conditions
- travel requirements vary by assignment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register to itemize purchases and process payments
- stock items and rotate coffee merchandise displays
- maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
- notify department lead or manager of product and supply needs
