Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk constantly
- ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- capability to remain stationary for whole shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- adherence to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service
- knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- attention to detail with cash handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques
- serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines
- assist in opening or closing of the location
- perform clean-up duties, including cleaning equipment
- record all transactions via the point-of-sale system
- maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift
- collect money for food and beverage items
- process credit cards or determine correct change for guests
