Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or related field
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Commitment to the company values of friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty

Job Duties

Be a warm host-guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
Create coffee moments-sharing your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with guests
Be a coffee and tea expert-bringing passion, receiving training, sharing it with guests
Generate new guests-engaging and growing the customer base locally
Care about safety-maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
Contribute-taking pride in tidiness, organizing stock, innovating new ways to do things
Take initiative with tasks, ideas, and add to the overall success
