Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
pass a 90-day probationary period
have physical ability to stand for 6 hours or more per shift
able to perform repetitive motions
ability to bend, stoop, or kneel as needed
able to lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand or walk for long periods
manual dexterity required for tasks such as writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, and shaking
capable of cleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Must be able to work on your feet and stand for long periods of time
ability to communicate with confidence, transparency, and integrity
maintain a positive and pleasant attitude to foster respect and cooperation
ability to listen and follow instructions and accept critical feedback
possess basic computer skills and aptitude for leveraging technology
willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
high school diploma or GED
availability to work during peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
food handlers card

Job Duties

Educate customers on BigFoot Java's beverage menus and take orders
greet all customers as they pull up
perform the day-to-day operations of the coffee stand including employee duties for the shift or role
keep the bar area and stand clean
report any maintenance needs
maintain quality control of products during shifts and customer interactions
manage cash handling and POS system operations
comply with health and safety regulations
complete financial reporting per shift according to protocol
work independently or with a team to deliver consistent quality to customers
solve customer challenges through excellent service
communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
participate respectfully with co-workers and management across company platforms
maintain positive staff morale
ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
stay knowledgeable about products
prepare high-quality beverages consistently and efficiently
