Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must have a positive attitude and be dependable
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and wear appropriate uniform
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of proper equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures and take direction from management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Strong passion for customer service and hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and food safety guidelines
- Ability to operate cash registers and familiarity with self-service kiosks
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly and caring attitude
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- Serve ready-to-eat food items including pastries, muffins, biscotti, bagels, sandwiches, and salads
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and service areas
- Operate cash register and assist with self-service kiosks
- Order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products
- Follow health, safety, and quality protocols according to HSEQ standards
