Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks teas and specialty items
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized workspace including equipment counters and seating areas
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
Stay informed about menu items promotions and seasonal offerings
