Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow recipes and quality standards precisely
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations consistently

Job Qualifications

Ability to inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques
Experience serving food and beverage items in correct proportions
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Experience assisting in opening or closing of a location
Ability to perform clean-up duties including cleaning equipment
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Follow recipe portion sizes and quality standards
Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelines
Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques
Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift
