Job Duties
- Greeting customers warmly
- answering questions about the menu
- making recommendations
- brewing coffee, espresso, and tea beverages according to recipes and techniques
- cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and seating areas
- handling payments through POS systems
- restocking inventory such as beans, cups, and pastries
- following food safety regulations
- operating and performing maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
