Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to stand for 6 hours or more per shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to bend, stoop or kneel
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Use hand dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, shaking
  • Clean and restock work areas, empty trash, sanitize equipment and utensils
  • Pass a 90-day probationary period
  • Attend occasional meetings at the corporate office in Pacific WA 98047

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess basic computer skills and aptitude for technology
  • Ability to communicate with confidence, transparency, and integrity
  • Positive and pleasant attitude
  • Ability to listen and take critical feedback
  • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Availability to work nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Experience with coffee preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Educate customers on beverage menus and take orders
  • Greet customers as they pull up
  • Perform day-to-day coffee stand operations including employee duties
  • Keep bar area and stand clean
  • Report maintenance needs
  • Maintain quality control of products and customer interactions
  • Handle cash and operate POS system
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Complete financial reporting per shift according to company protocol
  • Work independently or with a team to deliver quality and consistency
  • Solve customer challenges with excellent customer service
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
  • Participate respectfully with co-workers and management
  • Maintain positive staff morale
  • Ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
  • Stay knowledgeable about products
  • Prepare beverages consistently and efficiently
