Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills
- ability to follow instructions and company policies
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- answer any questions
- call guests by name
- thank them for their order
- provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- provide legendary service
- remain calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly
- set a positive example for the team
- operate a cash register and handle payments following brand and company policies
- keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- act with integrity and knowledge to enhance company culture and mission
- follow operational policies including safety and security
