Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Available for varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Customer service related work experience
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Starbucks barista certification may be required
Job Duties
- Greet all guests and provide quick, friendly, and personalized service
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc., considering customer specifications
- Maintain good customer relations and ensure speedy delivery of beverages and food items
- Educate guests about menu offerings and initiate suggestive selling
- Arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to create attractive displays
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant, and preparation areas regularly
- Record all sales, collect money, operate cash register, and follow cash-handling procedures
