Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- strong beverage preparation and presentation skills
- excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- experience curating coffee and speciality drinks is a plus
- current alcohol server certification may be required
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift carry push and pull 20 plus pounds
- flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages including latte art and specialty presentations
- deliver warm professional and engaging guest service
- greet guests promptly and offer thoughtful beverage recommendations
- support bartenders and assist with beverage service flow as needed
- maintain consistent beverage quality timing and presentation standards
- keep coffee stations bar areas and service spaces clean and organized
- uphold all food safety sanitation and company service standards
- maintain a polished professional appearance at all times
