Job Requirements
- Strong beverage preparation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience curating coffee and specialty drinks is a plus
- Current Alcohol Server Certification may be required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift carry push and pull 20 plus pounds
- Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages including latte art and specialty presentations
- Deliver warm professional and engaging guest service
- Greet guests promptly and offer thoughtful beverage recommendations
- Support bartenders and assist with beverage service flow as needed
- Maintain consistent beverage quality timing and presentation standards
- Keep coffee stations bar areas and service spaces clean and organized
- Uphold all food safety sanitation and company service standards
- Maintain a polished professional appearance at all times
